Creating A Positive Change Through
A Therapeutic Parks Programme

Parks in Mind is a unique initiative designed to promote health and wellbeing through engaging outdoor activities in Bournemouth’s picturesque parks and open spaces. The programme offers an array of fun nature conservation tasks and other outdoor experiences that not only enhance personal wellness but also contribute to the betterment of our local environment.

The project provides free volunteering opportunities for individuals looking to improve their health, connect with new people, and acquire new skills. Parks in Mind emphasises creating a relaxed and friendly atmosphere where participants can engage in practical and sociable outdoor activities. By participating, you’ll be contributing to the environment while enjoying the benefits of being in nature.
